Miss Malaysia/World 2002/2003 Miss Mabel Ng Chin Mei visited patients of Penang Adventist Hospital (PAH) on February 28, 2003 to celebrate "Share a Smile Day", a day that is recognized to encourage camaraderie amongst people.

Ng distributed stuffed toys specially hand-made by volunteers of the hospital to the paediatric patients and a little smiley sunshine, in conjunction with this special day. Generously, Ng showed much of her pearly teeth as she shared her smile with the patients, bringing them a little cheer and a lot of love.
