Postnatal Relaxation Technique

A healthy heart is vital for living life to the fullest, regardless of age or gender! Penang Adventist Hospital celebrated World Heart Day on the 24th September 2006 by arranging an array of exciting activities for the old, young, “Mended Heart patients”, corporate, public and hospital staff.

Programmes

Talk and Demo on 'Postnatal Relaxation Technique' given by Certified Instructor.
Open discussion on breastfeeding issue and Question and answer session.

ADMISSION IS FREE!
FREE PARKING FEE!

Refreshment will be served. Door gift to the be given to the first 50 mothers.

Participants are advise to wear pants so that they can join together during the demo session. Parent are allowed to bring their children(s)
