Heart and Vascular Center

Penang Adventist Hospital (PAH) is in the process of developing its services into centres of excellence.

With the establishment of the Heart and Vascular Centre , the Hospital now offers adult and paediatric cardiac catheterization and diagnostic work ups, adult and paediatric cardiac surgeries and cardiac rehabilitation.

Invasive radiology was introduced in late 2000.

PAH will be establishing a neurology and neuro-surgical service in the near future with the acquisition of a MRI and state-of-the-art C.T. Scan to replace the current 15-year-old scan. The new light-speed C.T. Scan is capable of scanning the whole body in half a minute compared with the half an hour scan on the old machine.

The Adventist Bakery

All services provided by the hospital are not medical alone. In line with providing a comprehensive range of healthcare to the island and its hinterland, the hospital has been delivering quality natural and wholesome baked goods these past twenty years...an alternative for healthful living.

The Adventist Bakery produces more than 56 varieties of wholesome breads to cater to every taste bud imaginable! The Bakery even produces bread without using flour for those who are allergic to flour!
