Welcome to the Department of Cardiology

The Adventist Heart & Vascular Centre (AHVC) is committed to be the premier centre in the northern region of Malaysia outside Kuala Lumpur for complete cardiac services for all ages newborns to elderly. It has been set up with the purpose of meeting the needs of an ever-increasing number of adults and children with heart and vascular problems.

April 7, 2002, marked a milestone for Penang Adventist Hospital with the commissioning of the opening of the Heart & Vascular Centre by YAB Tan Sri Dr Koh Su Koon, Chief Minister of Penang.
